The Founding Team

Founder & Owner - Stephanie

Stephanie Finch is one of the founding partners of Ladyfinch Gloves. She began her career in the cosmetics industry in California and became an account coordinator for Prescriptives Cosmetics, a division of Estée Lauder, in her early twenties. She then worked for Chanel in Beverly Hills and Chicago. After moving to New York, she worked as a fashion consultant, which expanded her interest into clothing and accessories. Stephanie founded Ladyfinch Gloves because she was inspired by the elegant style of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Audrey Hepburn, and some of her favorite films, like Pride and Prejudice and Breakfast at Tiffany's. Stephanie believes that gloves should be a part of every woman's wardrobe, to go with their favorite handbags and sunglasses. She wants every woman to feel that looking and feeling glamorous is within reach.

Founder & OWners - Isabelle

Isabelle Simone is an Emmy nominated costume designer based in New York City. She most recently worked as the first assistant costume designer on seasons one and two of HBO's The Gilded Age. Isabelle loves working on period projects where she oversees the design and production of custom garments. Other credits include The Greatest Showman, Stephen Spielberg's West Side Story, and Fosse/Verdon.
